Our Apprentices
Hands-On Skills Training
Our program provides real-world job training for adults with disabilities through daily work in our coffee shop. Apprentices gain experience in beverage preparation, customer service, cleaning and maintenance, money handling, and teamwork—building practical skills they can carry into future opportunities.
Community & Belonging
More than training, this is a place to belong. Our apprentices work side by side with mentors and teammates, building skills while becoming part of a community that values who they are, right where they are.
Growth & Independence
Each individual is supported in developing confidence, responsibility, and independence. We meet our apprentices where they are, helping them grow at their own pace while encouraging new challenges along the way.
Faith in Action
Rooted in faith, our program creates space for encouragement and connection. Through shared practices like gathering at the Prayer Wall, we invite both staff and customers to participate in a spirit of prayer and gratitude.
Looking Ahead
As we grow, we hope to expand opportunities through additional training areas and creative outlets. Our goal is to continue opening doors for each individual to use their gifts in meaningful ways.
